Agreement Overview

By using the services of Hotwheels Car Transport (“the Company”), you agree to abide by the terms and conditions outlined below. These Terms & Conditions constitute a binding agreement between you (“the Customer”) and the Company.

Services Provided

We offer vehicle transport services, including but not limited to, door-to-door and terminal-to-terminal transportation, for cars, trucks, motorcycles, and other motor vehicles. The Company will transport the vehicle to the destination specified by the Customer, within the limitations outlined in this agreement.

Vehicle Eligibility

Vehicles must be operable at the time of transport. If the vehicle is inoperable, additional fees may apply for special equipment or handling. The Company reserves the right to refuse service to any vehicle deemed unsafe or illegal for transport.

Booking and Payment

  • A non-refundable deposit may be required to secure the transport booking.
  • Full payment is due prior to delivery of the vehicle unless otherwise agreed.
  • Prices for transport services are based on factors such as vehicle type, size, weight, distance, and shipping method.
  • All charges must be settled in full, including any additional fees incurred during the transportation process, such as storage or re-delivery fees.

Pickup and Delivery

  • Pickup and delivery dates are estimates and may be subject to change due to weather, road conditions, or other unforeseen events.
  • The Customer must provide a valid and accessible location for both pickup and delivery. If the driver is unable to access the location, additional fees may apply.
  • The Company is not responsible for delays beyond its control, including natural disasters, accidents, or unforeseen circumstances.

Vehicle Condition and Inspection

  • Prior to pickup, the vehicle will be inspected for any existing damage, and a Vehicle Condition Report (VCR) will be completed.
  • The Customer is encouraged to inspect the vehicle at the time of delivery and note any damages or discrepancies. Any claims for damages must be filed within 24 hours of delivery.

Liability and Insurance

  • The Company provides standard insurance coverage, but it is the responsibility of the Customer to verify the details and limits of the insurance.
  • The Company is not liable for any damages resulting from faulty vehicle parts or items left in the vehicle. The Customer is advised to remove all personal items from the vehicle prior to transport.

Prohibited Items

The Customer agrees not to leave personal items inside the vehicle, as these items are not covered under insurance. Additionally, any hazardous materials, firearms, or illegal substances must not be transported.
